🔸 2. Refunds for Private Coaching
You may cancel a private coaching session and request a full refund if we receive notice at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made with less notice are not eligible for a refund, but rescheduling may be possible depending on availability. Missed sessions without prior notice are non-refundable.
🔸 3. Refunds for Group Programs
For group programs, a full refund is available if cancellation occurs at least 48 hours before the first session. After the program begins, refunds are no longer available, as the structure relies on small group consistency. If a participant cannot attend certain sessions, we may offer alternative solutions, but participation in future groups is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.
🔸 4. Refunds for Self-Paced Track
Since access to the self-paced track includes immediate delivery of digital content, refunds are only available if no materials have been accessed. If you accidentally purchase this option, please contact us within 24 hours and we will review the situation. Once lessons or downloads are accessed, refunds are no longer possible.
🔸 5. Technical or Service Interruptions
If a session is interrupted or canceled due to a technical issue or instructor unavailability, we will offer a rescheduled session at no additional cost. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund for the affected session will be issued.

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method. We will confirm receipt of your request and notify you once the refund has been issued. Please note that actual posting times may vary depending on your financial institution.

To request a refund, please contact us by email with your name, the service purchased, and the reason for the request. We review each case individually and respond within 2 business days. Our goal is to handle all refund requests respectfully, clearly, and in line with our policy.
